MECLUXE is a premium retail fashion store specialising in authentic fashion items sourced directly from luxury and premium brands across the United Kingdom, and other international markets. We curate casual, chic, modest, stylish, and occasional wears — including designer clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories — for the everyday woman who is intentional about her appearance and personal expression.

Every item sold is 100% authentic and sourced directly from verified premium and luxury brand retailers, authorised distributors, or reputable international stockists.

We do not stock, sell, or knowingly promote counterfeit, replica, or imitation goods of any kind.

All products undergo quality checks before being made available for purchase.

If you have reason to believe an item received is not authentic, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +234 916 375 5498. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate action.

All orders are subject to availability. MECLUXE reserves the right to cancel or decline an order at any time, including after payment, in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or any other legitimate reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

An order is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written or verbal confirmation from a MECLUXE representative.

Pricing & Payment

All prices may be displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN), US Dollars (USD), or British Pounds Sterling (GBP), depending on the item and its source. The applicable currency will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however the price confirmed at the time of order will be honoured.

We accept the following payment methods:

Bank transfer or online payment link to the company’s designated account details only (cash payments are not accepted)

POS/card payments (in-store)

Any other payment method communicated by MECLUXE at the time of purchase which must be verified by us.

All payments must be made in full before items are released or dispatched. MECLUXE does not operate a ‘pay-on-delivery’ policy.

Pre-Orders & International Sourcing

Certain items may be available on a pre-order basis, where products are sourced internationally from the UK, USA, or other markets upon customer request.

A non-refundable deposit (minimum 50% of the total cost) is required to confirm all pre-orders, unless otherwise agreed.

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order. These are estimates and may vary due to international shipping, customs clearance, or supply chain factors beyond our control.

MECLUXE is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs authorities, or international suppliers.

The balance of payment for pre-orders is due upon arrival of the item and before collection or delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love every piece from MECLUXE. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully:

Items may be exchanged within 24–48 hours of purchase, provided they are unworn, unwashed, have all original tags attached, and are in their original condition.

No refunds will be issued except in cases where an item is proven to be defective or inauthentic.

Sale items, intimates, accessories, and personalised or pre-ordered items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Hygiene-sensitive items — including but not limited to underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings, and other intimate accessories — cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase under any circumstances, for the health and safety of all our customers.

Please always check our size chart carefully before placing an order. MECLUXE will not be held responsible for incorrect sizing where a size chart was available and not consulted. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via Email: hello@mecluxe.com OR WhatsApp at +234 916 375 5498 with your proof of purchase and photos of the item.

MECLUXE reserves the right to decline an exchange if the item shows signs of use, damage, or does not meet the conditions above.

Delivery & Shipping

MECLUXE offers delivery services within Abuja and, on request, to other locations across Nigeria. The following terms apply:

Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be communicated prior to dispatch.

MECLUXE partners with third-party delivery providers. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage of items once they are in the possession of the delivery provider.

Customers are advised to inspect items upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours of receipt.

In-store pickup is always available at no extra charge.

Intellectual Property & Brand Content

All content associated with MECLUXE — including our name, logo, photographs, videos, styling content, and social media posts — is the exclusive property of MECLUXE and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or use any MECLUXE content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

MECLUXE respects the intellectual property rights of all brands we carry. The brand names, logos, and trademarks of products we stock remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Privacy & Customer Information

MECLUXE values your privacy. Any personal information you provide — including your name, contact details, and delivery address — is collected solely for the purpose of processing your orders and improving our service.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required to fulfil your order (e.g., delivery providers).

By contacting us via WhatsApp or social media, you consent to communication through those platforms for order-related purposes.

We may use anonymised customer data to improve our product curation and services.

Customer Conduct

MECLUXE is committed to providing a luxury, respectful, and welcoming shopping experience for all customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who:

Engages in disrespectful, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards our staff or other customers.

Attempts to defraud, misrepresent, or engage in dishonest conduct.

Violates any of these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MECLUXE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.

Our liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific item(s) in question.

Amendments to These Terms

MECLUXE reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our social media platforms (@MECLUXE_NG) and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued patronage of MECLUXE following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate courts in Abuja, Nigeria.
